For over 115 years, Thermos has been the trusted household name for quality insulated vacuumware products.

If you want to keep your hot drinks hot for longer, a trusty Thermos is a much-loved solution. It's great for seeing you through commutes, lunch at the office, car journeys or picnics.

The Thermos Food Flask is currently on sale on Amazon, with 39 per cent off the full retail price - that's a saving of £10.10. Holding 470ml, it's designed more like a jar so is great for carrying hot food like soups, noodles or pasta.

You can now save £10.10 on the Thermos Food Flask, which now reduced on Amazon to a very reasonable £15.99

Originally priced at £26.09, this isn't the cheapest flask out there. But now reduced to a more purse-friendly £15.99, it's a far more savvy purchase for a premium product.

The Thermos made a name for itself thanks to its clever vacuum insulation technology which keeps drinks hot for nine hours or cold for 14 hours. With stainless steel interior and exterior, it's far more resilient than some other models, putting up with any knocks, and even has a five year guarantee.

With over 6,800 reviews on Amazon and an impressive average score of 4.7, the Thermos Food Flask is a big hit with shoppers.

Customers have piled on the praise for the food flask, complimenting it on how long it keeps food piping hot for, its 'leak-proof design' and how it saves money in the long run as you're less likely to buy lunch on-the-go.

One delighted shopper wrote: 'Brilliant little flask. Have put soup in it and thicker foods like noodles and both my daughter and partner have said foot was piping hot hours later. Doesn't leak and the little spoon is excellent. Very easy to clean so feel no resistance using it and saving money on packed lunches.'

The Thermos Food Flask includes a folding stainless steel spoon. It's available in various colours like this Duck Egg, Metallic Blue, Matte Black and Raspberry

If you're dubious about the amount the flask holds, it's worth noting that one shopper has described it as 'a Tardis'. They added: 'I can fit almost a whole bag of microwave rice and a whole can of veg chilli in it at the same time (almost).'

Another shopper raved about how long the Thermos keeps food hot for, writing: 'This is the business. It takes a standard tin of soup perfectly. I generally fill it with my soup at about 7am and eat lunch between noon and 1pm and it's always as hot as when I first put it in.'

Another added: 'We love the outdoors and these flasks (we have three) have been just brilliant. We have owned ours now for two years and still working and looking as good as new. They are compact, but hold enough for one person.'
